A clear starting point
for working together.
These terms cover the Inori website and requests for early access. Any future product pilot will have its own agreed scope and terms.
Effective date: October 8, 2026
This website does not start a paid subscription, provide access to a live agent workspace or authorize Inori to connect to your business systems. Requesting early access is an expression of interest.
1. Website use
These terms apply to the website at inori.asia, operated as the Inori product initiative (“Inori,” “we,” “our”). By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
The website is intended for adults seeking information in a business or professional capacity. If you provide information on behalf of an organization, you should have permission to share that information.
Our Privacy Policy explains how website visits and inquiry information are handled.
2. Product status and early access
Inori is in development. Feature descriptions, architecture diagrams, examples and solution workflows express our intended product direction. They are not a promise that a feature, integration or release date is currently available or guaranteed.
Requesting early access is free and does not guarantee selection, availability or a response within a particular period. We may prioritize, delay or discontinue pilots. Pricing, usage limits, integrations and any paid services will be explained and agreed separately before participation.
Any pilot involving software access, connected systems or business data requires an agreed scope and appropriate terms before access begins. This website does not give permission to read or change your business-system data.
3. Acceptable use
You may browse the website, share its public pages and submit a legitimate inquiry. You must not:
- Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
- Attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls or interfere with availability.
- Submit malware, spam, impersonated requests or information you are not authorized to share.
- Use automated submissions to overwhelm the inquiry service.
- Misrepresent Inori's development status, capabilities or relationship with another provider.
Please do not include credentials or sensitive personal information in the contact form. We may reject or limit requests that appear abusive.
4. Content and intellectual property
The Inori name, original website copy, visual identity and original illustrations belong to the Inori initiative or their respective rights holders. The fonts are used under their applicable open-source licenses. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.
You may use the website for its intended purpose and share links to public pages. You may not present Inori's branding or content as your own or imply an endorsement without permission.
You retain rights to information you submit. You allow us to use that information only as reasonably necessary to process your inquiry and as described in the Privacy Policy. Providing feedback does not require us to implement it or create a commercial relationship.
5. AI, examples and third-party services
Inori's planned architecture uses Claude as a reasoning and tool-use layer. AI-generated suggestions can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Human review and appropriate validation remain necessary before acting on them.
The examples on this website are illustrative and are not live outputs from a connected customer environment. They do not constitute professional advice, verified performance results or a guarantee of business outcomes.
Claude and Anthropic are trademarks of Anthropic. Inori is independently developed and does not claim partnership, certification or endorsement. Links to third-party documentation are provided for context; those websites and services have their own terms and policies.
6. Availability and limitations
We aim to provide clear and accurate website information, but the website may change, be interrupted or contain errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise of uninterrupted access or suitability for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Inori is not responsible for indirect losses arising from reliance on website examples or from interruptions to the public website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.
These website terms do not replace any separately agreed pilot or service contract. Mandatory applicable law continues to apply; these terms do not impose a particular court or arbitration forum.
7. Updates and contact
We may revise the website and these terms as the product develops. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate way where required.
For questions about these terms, email founder@inori.asia or use the contact form and choose “Other inquiry.”
