Your context.
Your confidence.
This policy explains how the Inori website handles information when you browse, contact us or request early access.
Effective date: October 8, 2026
Inori is currently in development. This policy covers the public website and inquiries. Any future pilot involving business-system access or customer data will need a separate privacy explanation and appropriate participation terms before that access begins.
1. Scope and responsibility
“Inori,” “we,” and “our” refer to the Inori product initiative presented at inori.asia. The Inori team handling website inquiries is responsible for the information described in this policy. You can email founder@inori.asia or use the contact form and select “Privacy request.”
The website introduces our intended product and early-access program. It does not provide a live agent service, require an account or connect to your CRM, inbox, helpdesk or other business tools.
2. Information we handle
- Information you provide: your name, email address, optional company name, inquiry type, area of interest and any message you choose to submit.
- Technical information: the hosting provider may process IP addresses, request times, requested pages, browser details and error information to deliver and protect the website.
- Abuse prevention: the inquiry service uses basic validation, a hidden spam field and short-lived request limits. It does not need to store your message in a website database.
Please avoid submitting passwords, API keys, financial details, government identifiers or sensitive customer information. If you need to discuss a future pilot involving such data, start with a general description.
3. How and why we use information
We use inquiry details to respond to your question, assess whether your workflow fits an early-access pilot, discuss relevant participation opportunities and keep a record of the conversation. We use technical information to operate the website, diagnose errors and prevent misuse.
Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a general marketing newsletter. We do not sell inquiry information or use this website to build advertising profiles.
Where applicable privacy law requires a lawful basis, responding to your request and protecting the website may rely on steps you request before a potential agreement or our legitimate interests in running the website. When we rely on consent, you may withdraw it by contacting us; withdrawal does not change processing that already occurred lawfully.
5. Retention and security
We retain inquiry records only while needed to respond, consider a pilot and maintain the related conversation. Our intended retention limit for inactive early-access inquiries is 12 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless an ongoing relationship, a legal obligation or a legitimate dispute requires longer retention. Routine backup copies may persist until their normal expiry.
Abuse-prevention records use a hashed network identifier and a short-lived counter rather than your message content. Hosting-provider logs follow the provider's retention settings.
We use reasonable access controls and transport protections appropriate to the website. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. We do not claim a security certification, a compliance attestation or a particular service-level guarantee.
6. Your choices and requests
You may browse without submitting a form, choose not to provide optional fields, ask us to stop contacting you, or ask about the information we hold. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent.
Email founder@inori.asia or use the privacy inquiry form to make a request. We may need to verify that the request comes from the person concerned, using only information reasonably necessary for verification. If applicable law permits, you may also contact the relevant data-protection authority.
The website and early-access program are intended for adults acting in a business or professional capacity. We do not knowingly solicit children's information.
7. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the website or product changes. The effective date identifies the current version. If a future change materially affects how submitted information is used, we will provide an appropriate notice before applying that change where required.
For questions about this policy, email founder@inori.asia or contact Inori and choose “Privacy request.”
